Please remove the README.md changes. They are unneeded and clutter the user instructions
Add pip and venv installation instructions for fresh Ubuntu, Fedora, macOS, and Windows systems. Fixes bio-learn#22

Somehow the previous commit was staged and I pushed it out. It's been removed, this PR should be good to merge imo. |

Add platform-specific instructions for installing pip and venv on Ubuntu/Debian, Fedora/RHEL, macOS, and Windows. Clarify that these are required prerequisites on fresh system installations.
